MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN OPERANT CONDITIONING DALAM PELAJARAN FIKIH MATERI QURBAN KELAS X MA SWASTA PANTAI CERMIN KECAMATAN PANTAI CERMIN KABUPATEN SERDANG BEDAGAI

This research uses the type of CAR research (Classroom Action Research) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects were taken from class X Madrasah Aliyah Pantai Cermin as many as 30 people. This study aims to determine: 1) Student responses to the learning strategy of Operant Conditioning, 2) Student learning outcomes by applying the learning strategy of Operant Conditioning. The results of this study seek to improve student learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject of Qurban material. In the implementation of the Pre Test, it can be seen that there are only 11 students (36.66%) who get completeness with an average score of 59.67. in the first cycle, 18 students (60%) received an average score of 64.7. While in the second cycle, students who got completeness increased as many as 25 people (83.33%) with an average value of 75. With these results, this Classroom Action Research can be concluded to be successful and there has been an increase in student achievement / learning outcomes using learning strategies Operant Conditioning in Fiqh subjects with Qurban material in class X Madrasah Aliyah Pantai Cermin.
